The Story

Most tees fail in the first month.

Not by tearing — by sagging. The neck loosens, the shoulders drop, and a shirt you liked becomes one you only wear at home. It happens because thin jersey and an untaped shoulder seam cannot carry their own weight.

This one is built the opposite way round: 210 GSM Supima so the cloth has body, and a stay tape sewn invisibly into the shoulder so the seam holds its line. It costs more to make and it is the entire reason the tee still looks like itself a year in.

Why you'll reach for it

The one that keeps getting worn.

It holds its shape

Taped shoulders and a properly ribbed crew neck mean no drooping collar and no sloped seams by week three.

It hangs, not clings

At 210 GSM the fabric has enough weight to fall straight off the chest — the difference between looking dressed and looking undressed.

It works under everything

Clean crew, no print, no visible label. Wears alone, layers under the shirt, disappears under a jacket.

Fabric & construction

Weight is the whole argument.

Supima is extra-long-staple cotton grown in limited quantity — longer fibres mean a smoother, stronger yarn that pills less and keeps colour instead of going grey at the shoulders.

Knitted at 210 GSM it sits in heavyweight territory: substantial in the hand, opaque against light, and heavy enough to drape rather than cling. The finishing carries the rest — twin-needle hems, a self-fabric taped neck, and a stay tape through the shoulder seam.
